Question 1

Is my chat private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your messages are sent to the AI provider to generate replies, but we don't store them on our servers. They live only in your browser. If you clear your browser data, they're gone.

Question 2

What counts as one message?

Accepted Answer

Every message you send counts as one. It comes with your chat partner's reply, corrections with short explanations, a translation, and word explanations whenever you tap a word.

Question 3

What happens when I run out of messages?

Accepted Answer

Everyone gets 5 free messages. After that, pick up a one-time pack to keep going. Packs never expire and there's no subscription.

Question 4

Do packs expire?

Accepted Answer

No. One-time, never expire.

Question 5

Why aren't all my Spanish accent mistakes corrected?

Accepted Answer

Mobile typing is hard, and a quiz-feel ruins casual chat. We only flag the accent errors that actually change meaning (cómo / como, está / esta, etc.). The rest we let slide.

Question 6

How do I keep my pack across devices?

Accepted Answer

When you buy a pack, we automatically create an account tied to the email you used at checkout. Sign in with that email on any device and your pack credits are ready to use. Your past chats themselves stay on each device locally. For your privacy, we never store the conversations on our servers.

Question 7

Which languages can I practice?

Accepted Answer

Spanish and English, with English in beta. Pick the language with the tabs where you choose your chat partner. More languages are on the way.
